I had a tenplex that a resident delinquent on their rent turned minor repairs into Mike Johnson, the city inspector, and the city added things like paint on the electrical outlets, a dripping tub faucet, and so on. Tiffany took on City Hall and won; the violations were removed from the property, and Tiffany sold the property. What should have been an easier sale turned complicated, and some agents would not have been able to handle dealings with City Hall. She is smart and saw this transaction through to the end. If it wasn't for her tenacity, I would have lost the sale. She knew how to price the rental property, which was important to me when selecting an agent.
