Real estate is my passion! I come from a family of realtors helping people buy and sell their homes in the Omaha area for over 25 years. Twenty eight years ago, I started my relationship with houses by helping construct them. My early years on a construction crew gave me the appreciation for craftsmanship and detail that I bring to my business today. When my knees made it clear my future lay outside construction, I transitioned from building houses to helping people realize their dreams of owning them. In 1999, my first year as a realtor, I was the NPDodge Rookie of the Year and I've never looked back.
I pride myself on matching buyers to sellers and my ability to use a wide range of tools to market a home . I have a critical eye for the finer details of a home and think it’s important to share those observations with my clients. I believe a real estate consultant’s role is not just to open the door but guide you throughout the decision process. I look forward to working with you!

The uniqueness each client brings to the table has energized me since I became a realtor in 2001--I love my job! As an Omaha native, I know the market. Before I became a realtor, I spent many years in the local land development and construction trades. My experience and knowledge helps me guide buyers to homes that meet their needs and successfully market homes for sellers. While it’s incredibly rewarding to help all my clients find a home, I specialize in walking first time buyers step by step through what can be a very confusing home buying process. I have helped families build starter homes and, years later, custom build the home of their dreams.
Selling a home? I stage and professionally photograph all the homes I sell. Because we can’t sell your home until we understand the situation, I prepare a custom market analysis to make sure we are pricing right. From there I market, market market! I use the latest technology to ensure your home reaches the largest possible number of potential buyers.

Since 1996, I have been listening to the needs of my clients and helping them through the buying and selling process. I am excited about all the changes in the real estate industry over the years. I provide possible sellers with a free market analysis. All my listings are given visual tours and buyers will be able to access information and photos on your listing through QR codes or by text. I have also embraced the importance of home staging.
I became an Accredited Staging Professional in order to help my you put your homes' “best foot forward.” As part of my service to home sellers, I provide organizing and rearranging expertise to create an atmosphere of spaciousness and hominess to prepare your home for sale.
